: Tiffany is a Training and Development Specialist at Woodie’s Wash Shack, with over a decade of experience in the carwash industry. She started as a cashier in 2012 and worked her way through the ranks in a male-dominated field, driven by a desire to learn and grow. Tiffany created and implemented a comprehensive training program at Woodie’s, certifying General Managers and Assistant General Managers to assess, train, and develop their teams while building long-term leaders. Her passion is helping others grow through effective coaching, development planning, and the prioritization of opportunities — all informed by her journey of resilience, mentorship, and hands-on industry experience.
Presentation
This workshop equips attendees with the tools and knowledge to confidently develop long-term leaders they can rely on.
