Nikole is celebrating her 32nd year in the carwash industry, bringing decades of expertise, leadership, and innovation to her work. She currently serves as Business Development Manager for Convenience and Gas at Sonny's Car Wash , where she leads strategic efforts to expand the company’s presence within the petroleum sector. Her focus includes developing small-footprint mini tunnels and guiding the conversion of in-bay automatics into high-performing mini tunnel systems. Nikole holds an MBA in Strategic Planning and Leadership, equipping her with the vision and operational insight to lead teams effectively and optimize project outcomes. She is widely recognized for her ability to navigate complex projects with precision, dedication, and a results-driven mindset. Outside of her professional career, Nikole enjoys traveling, golfing, and skiing. She values quality time with her family and embraces every opportunity to explore new destinations and create meaningful experiences together.
